MEGA Rules
Rules effective within MEGA complexes
- No smoking (except for specially provided areas)
- No alcohol (except for specially provided places);
- No taking, carrying or distribution of drugs;
- No fundraising, commercial and promotional activities (including musical and theatre performances) without the written permission of the MEGA management;
- No offensive or threatening behaviour; visitors must be respectful towards other people;
- No children without supervision;
- No intentional damage of MEGA property;
- No animals within MEGA complexes (excluding guide-dogs);
- No bags or personal belongings left without supervision;
- It is prohibited to ride bicycles, roller blades, skateboards etc inside MEGA premises to prevent accidents;
- No begging.
Rules effective within the Food Court:
- The Food Court is open daily from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm
- Please use the bins provided.
- Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within the Food Court.
- No smoking in the Food Court. There are designated smoking areas in some cafйs or restaurants for your convenience.

Parking rules
Parking is not allowed on main roads, access routes and road sides..Vehicles parked in non-designated areas will be removed at the owners' expense.
- No overnight parking is allowed.
- Drivers of large passenger buses for private groups of visitors should contact the security personnel to be allocated a parking place;
- Operators of delivery vehicles must have permission from MEGA Management, displayed in a prominent place, and follow the instructions of the security personnel;
- Shuttle vans may enter the territory of MEGA only with the original copy of permission from the MEGA management;
- Entering the territory of MEGA by private, unregistered taxi vehicles is forbidden;
- Security officers are entitled to stop people riding on rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles etc and as well as any other games within the territory of the MEGA complex;
- Commercial and promotional activities (including musical and theatre performance) as well as distribution of leaflets are forbidden without the express written permission of MEGA;
- Follow all instructions of MEGA security personnel.
- MEGA security officers are entitled to stop, and in some cases remove offenders from MEGA's territory. Offenders may also be liable to prosecution in accordance with effective Russian Federation legislation.
Skating rink rules
- The skating rink is intended for the enjoyment and leisure of our visitors. Any commercial training activity on the rink is forbidden (such as private figure skating lessons).
- The MEGA ice rink is open from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm A maximum of 60 people are allowed on the rink at any one time.
- One entrance ticket costs 50 roubles. Children under 7 are admitted free upon presentation of a document that verifies their age.
- Skaters may either bring their own skates or rent skates from the rental desk SKATE RENTAL. Skates are issued FREE OF CHARGE upon presentation of an identification document — DRIVER'S LICENSE OR MILITARY TICKET or cash deposit of RUR1000.00, to be returned when the skates are returned. Skates should be returned the same day.
- You can change skates for another size WITHOUT QUEUING within 15 minutes of the rental period starting.
- Attendants with physical disabilities have access to the rink WITHOUT QUEUING.
- The ice is replenished every two hours or depending on the ice's condition. The next ice replenishment session time is indicated on the information display next to the pay desk.
- On weekends and holidays, when many people wish to use the rink, MEGA reserves the right to introduce restricted time slots for skaters.
- Children under 14 are allowed on the ice skating rink only in helmets and protective items. Children under 7 are allowed on the rink in helmets and protective items and ONLY accompanied by adults. One adult should accompany not more than 3 children under 14. Lifting children during skating is forbidden.
- Skates, protective items and helmets may not be taken beyond the territory of the ice skating rink.
- MEGA is not responsible for items left by visitors in the changing area. Before entering the rink, skaters may leave clothing, bags and shoes in the cloakroom of the rink. Shoes are accepted only in plastic bags.
- MEGA is not responsible for injuries sustained on and around the rink. Visitors of the rink are liable for any damage caused to other visitors or to MEGA property.

Cloakroom rules:
The cloakroom is open every day from
10.00 am to 10.00 pm. Items may
be deposited for safekeeping until 09.30 pm
MEGA is not responsible for personal items left in the
cloakroom after it has closed.
For security reasons, cloakroom staff has the right to ask you
to reveal the contents of bags, boxes, pockets and
sleeves that are being checked in.
ONE tag for one item only.
MEGA is NOT RESPONSIBLE for valuable items left
in clothing, bags and boxes.
Compartments for bags are intended for items of size less than
30 * 50 * 30 cm, and weighing under
6 kg.
The cloakroom accepts small items (caps, scarf, gloves, and
umbrellas) as well as shoes ONLY IN PLASTIC
BAGS.
Please do not leave caps, scarves and gloves in sleeves
of outer garments.
The cloakroom DOES NOT ACCEPT the following items:
- valuable items and documents;
- skates rented at the rink as well as own skates, unless packed in special cases;
- items which may stain other visitors' clothes and the cloakroom shelves;
- fragile items;
- animals and plants;
- baby carriages, bicycles, skis, sledges, rollerbladess, skateboards etc;
- food and drinks;
- household and personal appliances (laptops, PC equipment, mobile phones, cameras, camcorders etc)
If a ticket is lost a statement is compiled, containing the passport details of the person concerned. Items may be returned to a person who has lost a ticket only after the cloakroom has closed and in the presence of a Security official or Duty Manager. Children under 14 are served only if accompanied by adults.
