MEGA Rules
Rules effective within MEGA complexes
No smoking (except for specially provided areas)
No alcohol (except for specially provided places);
No taking, carrying or distribution of drugs;
No fund raising, commercial and promotional activities (including musical and theatreperformances) without the written permission of the MEGA management;
No offensive or threatening behavior; visitors must be respectful towards other people;
No children without supervision;
No intentional damage of MEGA property;
No animals within MEGA complexes (excluding guide-dogs);
No bags or personal belongings left without supervision;
It is prohibited to ride bicycles, roller blades, skateboards etc inside MEGA premisesto prevent accidents; and as well as any other games within the territory of the MEGA complex;
No begging.
Visitors violating the internal rules will be evicted from MEGA
Winter Garden rules effective in the territory of the food court
Please do not use MEGA as a picnic area. Only food and drink purchased on the premisesmay be consumed within the Food Court.
After finishing your meal, please take your tray to the nearest waste bin.
Parking rules
MEGA’s parking is free of charge, but vehicles unguarded. MEGA is not responsible for loss or damage of any parked vehicles or its contests.
The territory of MEGA is patrolled by road traffic police officers. Vehicle access is only permitted for visitors to the MEGA complex.
Parking is allowed inside designated areas – always and only;
Parking is not allowed on main roads, access routes and road sides;
No overnight parking is allowed at MEGA;
Driving is not permitted on the side of the oncoming traffic and there is no left-turn possibleon roundabouts;
Shopping trolleys should be unloaded immediately next to a properly parked vehicle;no trolleys may be unloaded on main roads;
Drivers of large passenger buses for private groups of visitors should contact the securitypersonnel to be allocated a parking place;
Operators of delivery vehicles must have permission from MEGA Management, displayedin a prominent place, and follow the instructions of the security personnel;
Shuttle vans may enter the territory of MEGA only with the original copy of permission fromthe MEGA management;
Entering the territory of MEGA by private, unregistered taxi vehicles is forbidden;
Security officers are entitled to stop people riding on rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles etcand as well as any other games within the territory of the MEGA complex;
Commercial and promotional activities (including musical and theatre performance) as wellas distribution of leaflets are forbidden without the express written permission of MEGA;
No begging;
No camping.
MEGA Security personnel are entitled to stop, warn, and in some cases remove from MEGA those in breach of any of the above rules. Offenders may also be liable to prosecution in accordance with effective Russian Federation legislation; Vehicles parked in violation of the rules will be removed.
Skating rink rules
Working hours of the ice-rink ticket window are from 09.30 till 22.00. Payment is 30 minutes before a session. The check is valid only for the current session
Ice-rink is open from 09.30 till 23.00
Intervals between the sessions and their term depend on ice condition or events arranged at the ice-rink
Session price of one pair of skates: 100 rur from Monday until Friday & 150 rur on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Entrance ticket with owner’s skates is 100 rur and 150 rur accordingly per a session on a first-come
Access to the rink for children under 7 years is free of charge, but under adult’s supervision
The price of the service of a personal coach for skating is 850 rur per person per hour for kids at the age of 2 up to 14 y.o. and 1000 rur per person per hour for adults
After skating session skates must be given back to the skate rental premise
Administration is not responsible for belongings left at the rest zone
The amount of people at the ice-rink can not be more than 100 people at once
On the security of skates & protection you must leave 1000 rur re 1 pair of skates & 500 rur per protection (a helmet). You should get a special form filled in and keep it until the session end
In case the form is lost a visitor shall take his money back only upon presentation his passport after skating session
You can change skates for another size within 15 minutes from the time of payment
Children under 14 shall be admitted to the rink in helmets only; children under 7 are admitted in protective helmets only accompanied by adults. Helmets are provided free of charge at the rental desk
The rink must be vacated immediately after the security whistle
Visitors to the skating rink are fully responsible for the condition of rented skates, helmets, and protective items and must return them in proper condition
In case of loss visitors shall pay compensation in accordance with the price list
You may check your belongings into the cloakroom (if free space is available)
Visitors enter the rink area at their own risk. MEGA is not responsible for injuries sustained and damage to property. Skating at high speed is forbidden
Access to the rink for people under the influence of alcohol is strictly forbidden
MEGA security is entitled to ask you to leave the rink or to refuse admission at any time (which may be related to overcrowding of the rink)
Not allowed to:
Drink alcohol or use drugs
Smoke
Have meals & drinks
Skate against general flow of skaters or suddenly stop in the flow of skaters
Skate at high speed
To enter the ice-rink without skates or during the ice-machine is operating.
To lift children during skating
Play any games during skating
To sit on the boards around the ice-rink
To jump or to spin
To harm MEGA property
To carry out skates & protection outside of skate rental
Cloakroom operating rules
The cloakroom is open everyday from 09.30 am to 23.30 pm. Belongings are not handed out after closing time.
The MEGA administration shall bear no responsibility for valuable items left in the cloakroom.
For security reasons, cloakroom staff is entitled to ask you to show the contents of clothes being checked in.
One ticket for one piece of clothing only.
The cloakroom does not accept small items such as caps, scarves, gloves, umbrellas and shoes.
When handing belongings into the cloakroom please take all necessary items from the pockets.
Children under 14 are served only if accompanied by adults.
In case of ticket loss, items will only be returned once a form of identification is presented.
