MEGA Rules

Rules effective within MEGA complexes

  • No smoking (except for specially provided areas)
  • No alcohol (except for specially provided places);
  • No taking, carrying or distribution of drugs;
  • No fundraising, commercial and promotional activities (including musical and theatre performances) without the written permission of the MEGA management;
  • No offensive or threatening behaviour; visitors must be respectful towards other people;
  • No children without supervision;
  • No intentional damage of MEGA property;
  • No animals within MEGA complexes (excluding guide-dogs);
  • No bags or personal belongings left without supervision;
  • It is prohibited to ride bicycles, roller blades, skateboards etc inside MEGA premises to prevent accidents;
  • No begging.

Parking rules

Attention!


The territory of MEGA is patrolled by road traffic police officers. Vehicular access is only permitted for visitors to the MEGA complex.


  • Parking is not allowed on main roads, access routes and road sides;
  • No overnight parking is allowed at MEGA;
  • Driving is not permitted on the side of the oncoming traffic and there is no left-turn possible on roundabouts;
  • Shopping trolleys should be unloaded immediately next to a properly parked vehicle; no trolleys may be unloaded on main roads;
  • Drivers of large passenger buses for private groups of visitors should contact the security personnel to be allocated a parking place;
  • Operators of delivery vehicles must have permission from MEGA Management, displayed in a prominent place, and follow the instructions of the security personnel;
  • Shuttle vans may enter the territory of MEGA only with the original copy of permission from the MEGA management;
  • Entering the territory of MEGA by private, unregistered taxi vehicles is forbidden;
  • Security officers are entitled to stop people riding on rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles etc and as well as any other games within the territory of the MEGA complex;
  • Commercial and promotional activities (including musical and theatre performance) as well as distribution of leaflets are forbidden without the express written permission of MEGA;
  • No begging;
  • No camping.

MEGA Security personnel are entitled to stop, warn, and in some cases remove from MEGA those in breach of any of the above rules. Offenders may also be liable to prosecution in accordance with effective Russian Federation legislation, Vehicles parked in violation of the rules will be removed.


Skating rink rules

The MEGA skating rink is an attraction for our visitors' enjoyment. No commercial training activities are permitted. Please observe the following rules:

  1. Entrance to the skating rink entrance is charged at RUR 100.00 per person on a first-come-first-served basis. Entrance for children under 7 is free.
  2. The skating rink can be closed for maintenance as and when necessary.
  3. When the closure of the rink is announced over the public address, please vacate the rink immediately. It is forbidden to leave the rink in skates.
  4. Skates are available to hire. The skate rental desk is opened from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm. Skates are issued upon presentation of a form of identification document as a security deposit (military ticket, driver's licence) or cash sum. The document or cash sum is returned when you return the skates. Skates must be returned on the same day.
  5. You can change skates for another size within 15 minutes only.
  6. Children under 14 must wear helmets; children under 7 must be accompanied by adults. Helmets are provided free of charge at the rental desk.
  7. Coats and bags can be left in the cloakroom provided that free space is available.
  8. MEGA is not responsible for injuries sustained and damage to property both on and around the rink. Skating at high speed is strictly forbidden. The security personnel can ask anyone to put a helmet on at any time.
  9. Persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed onto the rink.
  10. The MEGA security service is entitled to remove people from the rink and prevent access at any time.

Playground Instructions

  1. The playground facilities are intended for children between 3 and 12 years old.
  2. Children should remain at the playground under the supervision of adults (parents or accompanying persons).
  3. Street shoes may not be worn on the carpet of the Playground.

Cloakroom rules

  1. The cloakroom is open from 08.30 am to 10.00 pm
  2. Belongings are not returned after closing time. MEGA is not responsible for personal items left in the cloakroom after it has closed (10.00 pm).
  3. The cloak room is not intended for use by staff of MEGA tenants.
  4. For security reasons, cloakroom staff has the right to ask you to reveal the contents of bags and boxes being checked in.
  5. One ticket per item of clothing only.
  6. Bag compartments are intended for items smaller than 30×50 × 30 cm, and under 6 kg.
  7. MEGA management is not responsible for valuable items left in bags and boxes.
  8. The cloakroom does not accept small items like caps, scarves, gloves, umbrellas etc.
  9. The cloakroom does not accept clothes without tabs for hooks.
  10. The cloakroom does not accept skates with open blades and without cases.
  11. The cloakroom does not accept fragile items without proper packaging.
  12. Children under 14 are served only if accompanied by adults.
