MEGA Rules

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the rules of MEGA Family Shopping and Leisure Complex, which are designed for your personal comfort and safety.

  1. Smoking and drinking of alcohol including beer is allowed only by persons over 18 and in specially designated areas. Use, distribution and carrying of drugs are forbidden.
  2. Smoking in the underground parking lot is forbidden except for specially designated areas.
  3. No fundraising is permitted within MEGA premises.
  4. In order to prevent accidents bicycles, rollers, skateboards etc may not be used inside the MEGA facilities.
  5. No animals are permitted onto MEGA premises except for guide-dogs. Owners are fully responsible for the behaviour of animals.
  6. Children must always be accompanied by adults, and should never be left without supervision.
  7. No commercial activities are permitted within MEGA territory including musical and theatrical performances unless duly authorised by the management of the MEGA Family Shopping and Leisure Complex.
  8. The MEGA Family Shopping and Leisure Complex is not responsible for visitors' belongings during their visit to MEGA including the parking area.
  9. The behaviour of visitors to MEGA should not infringe the rights of third parties, threaten their life or health or break legal rights and interests. Guilty persons shall be held liable for any unlawful acts as provided for by current legislation.
  10. Guilty persons are liable for illegal actions causing damage to the property of the MEGA Family Shopping and Leisure Complex and violation of the MEGA rules.

Visitors breaking any of the above rules must leave the premises.
The MEGA Family Shopping and Leisure Complex reserves the risk to seek recourse from law enforcement agencies.


Skating rink rules

Welcome to the MEGA Complex Skating Rink

Dear visitors,
The skating rink is intended for the enjoyment and leisure of our visitors. Any commercial training activity on the rink is forbidden.
Please read the following rules for skating rink use:

  • The skating rink is open from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm
  • The entrance to the skate rink is 100 Rub. Children under 7 years old are free.

The time of skating:

  • 1 séance - 10.00 - 13.00
  • 2 séance - 14.00 - 16.00
  • 3 séance - 17.00 - 19.00
  • 4 séance - 20.00 - 22.00

The skate rink can be closed for the maintenance any time when it is necessary.

  • Please leave the rink when requested by rink staff or security. It is prohibited to leave the rink in skates or to step onto the ice in shoes.
  • You can borrow skates for free from 10-00 till 20-45. The skates are given on security of ID (driving license, etc.) or money deposit (1000 rubles). After returning skates you receive you ID or money back. Skates are to be returned the same day.
  • Skates can be changed for another size within ten minutes after rental time has commenced.
  • Children under 14 are admitted to the rink in helmets only; children under 7 are admitted in helmets and protective items and accompanied by adults. Helmets and protective items can be rented free of charge at the rental desk. For damage or loss of MEGA rink property visitors shall pay the following fines: helmet — RUR500.00, protective items — RUR500.00, bag for protective items- RUR100.00. The MEGA skating rink supervisor is entitled to insist that a helmet be worn.
  • Coats and bags can be handed into the cloakroom if a free space is available.
  • MEGA shall not be liable for visitors' belongings, both on the skating rink and elsewhere.
  • MEGA is not responsible for accidents and injuries on the rink. Visitors are personally liable for any damage caused to the property of other visitors or the MEGA Family Shopping and Leisure Complex.
  • Skating at high speed is strictly forbidden (the supervisor uses his/her discretion in this regard). It is forbidden to stop abruptly, skate backwards or against the common direction, lift up children during skating, or sit on the crash barriers around the rink.
  • No food or drink is allowed.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed onto the rink.
  • MEGA security officers are entitled to stop, warn and in some cases remove visitors from the rink, and also prevent access to the rink, if visitors fail to observe the skating rink rules or if the rink is overcrowded. Persons violating the Rules are also liable to prosecution in accordance with current legislation.
  • Please respect other visitors, especially children and the elderly.
