MEGA Rules

Ruleson the MEGA territory

 

·          Do not smoke (expect in specially designated sites);

·          Do not consume alcoholic beverages (except in specially designated sites);

·          Narcotics or similar drugs and drug trafficking are strictly prohibited on the MEGA territory;

·          Do not beg for money;

·          Do not conduct any commercial or promotional activities (including musical and theatrical performances), unless authorized by MEGA Administration;

·          Do not offend or threat but be polite with people around you;

·          Do not leave children (under 14 years old) unattended;

·          Do not destroy MEGA property;

·          Do not bring any pets or animals to the premises (except Guide Dogs);

·          Do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended;

·          Do not run, ride a bicycle, skate, skateboard, chase or play games;

·          Do not leave shopping trolley in the territory of Mega (except in specially designated sites);

·          Do not take picture and make video.

 

Parking rules on  MEGA territory

·          Moving on the territory of the unsupervised crossing roads, including parking area follow the Rule of the Right hand. (Traffic Rules, point 13).

·          You should park your car in the strictly appropriated for that area in accordance with traffic lane markings.

·          Don`t park transport in the places for physically disabled people and cars with children buggies.

·          Moving along the loans is forbidden.

·          Stopping and parking in main roads, other roads, zones with movement in the form of circle is forbidden.

·          Leaving a transport in the territory of MEGA in not working hours is forbidden.

·          Unloading of trolleys in main roads is forbidden.

·          In case of the existence of the entering card, given by MEGA Administration in a visible place, the goods delivery is permitted.

·          The driver of private passenger buses should apply MEGA Security co-operators to identify a parking place.

·          The access of route buses is permitted in case of having original permission, given by MEGA Administration.

·          Moving on roller-skates, skateboards and other any games in territory of MEGA if forbidden.

 

MEGA Security co-operators have the right to stop, warn and in certain cases to remove people breaking the Rules from the territory of MEGA.

All the Rule breakers can be taken proceedings according to the Active Legislation, transport evacuated.

 

Ice-rink rules

·          The Ice-rink of Family Shopping Centre MEGA Ufa is designed for entertainment and leisure of our guests.

·          Any commercial activity (f.i. private lessons of figure skating) in the ice rink is forbidden.

·          Skating happens by sessions. You may see the schedule of the sessions at the info desk or near the ice-rink entrance.

·          One entrance-ticket costs 150 rubles.

·          For children up to 7 years skating is free of charge. ATTENTION: necessary to show the document, identifying the age of a child.

·          Being with your own skates doesn`t make the entrance free of charge.

·          There can pass by one ticket ONLY one person.

·          Passing skates to other visitor during the session is forbidden.

·          Put on disposable shoe-covers and skates, wait for the signal of beginning of the session (whistle). In case of unmoral situation (skates exchange into another size), apply to the Ice-rink co-operators within 10 minutes.

·          Hearing the signal (whistle) about the end of the session necessary to leave ice, come back to the change zone, take the skates off, through the shoe-covers into the bin.

 

FOR YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY:

The maximum quantity of visitors in the Ice-rink per a session is 50 person. In the event that the Ice-rink is overcrowded, for the skating people`s safety, visitors are not admitted to the Ice-rink, ticket sales are stopped.

Children under 14 are admitted to ice IN PROTECTIONS AND HELMETS. At the end of a session the protection and helmets should be returned to the rent.

ATTENTION: FOR YOUR CHILDREN`S SAFETY children under the age of 10 are admitted ONLY WITH ADULTS. In case of parents` refuse (or people instead of them) to accompany a child in the ice-rink, according to the Ice-rink rules the child will be removed.

·          One adult can accompany no more than 3 children under the age of 10.

·          In case of the absence of the documents conforming the fact that the age of a child is under 10, an adult (a parent or a person instead of him) MUST ACCOMPANY the child in the ice.

·          NOT RECOMMENDED sitting on the handrails of the barriers around ice-rink (alongsides), communicate on the phone, to raise children on arms,   during skating, skating against common movement, stopping or movement backwards in the stream, in high speed, making some movements referring to the professional skating (jumps, turns, etc.), also conducting any games during the session on the ice.

·          Entering and going out is permitted only through special for it exit.

·          NOT PERMITTED the presence of people in the state of drug and alcohol intoxication.

·          One should follow all the instructions of Ice-rink staff during staying on the ice.

·          Not recommended skating of pregnant women and visitors under 3 and above 60, also the visitors who are not recommended according to their health state.

·          Administration and Security of MEGA save the right to refuse the visit the Ice-rink by visitors with inadequate behavior.

 

Attention!!! Forbidden in the Ice-rink zone:

·          Smocking.

·          Drinking strong drinks.

·          Not permitted photo and video shooting.

·          Going to the Ice without skates.

·          Going to the Ice-rink during the work of  ice-filling machine. The time of the end of cleaning/of the ice is identified by car-operator.

·          Taking out the inventory (skates, helmets, protection) from the Ice-rink zone and changing clothes.
